These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, our website at mooreaesthetics.co.uk, and any booking or treatment you receive from Moore Aesthetics. Section 02

Consultations

All new clients must complete a thorough consultation prior to receiving any treatment. This consultation is designed to assess your suitability for treatment, review your medical history, discuss your aesthetic goals, and ensure your informed consent.

Initial consultations are offered free of charge and are provided with no obligation to proceed with treatment. During the consultation, your practitioner will explain the treatment, anticipated outcomes, risks, aftercare requirements, and any contraindications relevant to your individual circumstances.

Proceeding with a treatment following a consultation constitutes your informed consent to that treatment as discussed. You may withdraw consent at any time prior to treatment commencing.

Section 03

Bookings & Appointments

Appointments can be requested via our online booking form at mooreaesthetics.co.uk. All bookings are subject to confirmation by Moore Aesthetics. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to carry out your full treatment and a reduced treatment or rescheduling may be required, at your cost.

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule appointments where we reasonably consider it is not in your interest to proceed, for example due to a health concern, incomplete medical history, or unsuitable expectations.

Section 04

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that plans can change. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client.

In exceptional circumstances — such as a medical emergency or serious illness — we will consider waiving the cancellation fee at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible in such cases.

14-day cooling-off period: If you have purchased a package or course of treatments, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided no treatments have been administered. Refunds for unused treatments within a course are addressed in our Refund Policy (Section 10).
Section 05

Medical Suitability & Right to Decline

Moore Aesthetics reserves the right to decline to carry out any treatment if, in the clinical judgement of the practitioner, it would not be in your best interests, is medically contraindicated, or if complete and accurate medical information has not been provided.

It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical history, current medications, allergies, and any recent procedures prior to treatment. Failure to disclose accurate information may result in adverse outcomes for which Moore Aesthetics cannot be held responsible.

Certain conditions may make you unsuitable for specific treatments, including but not limited to: pregnancy, breastfeeding, active skin infections in the treatment area, autoimmune conditions, blood clotting disorders, or the use of certain medications such as blood thinners or retinoids.

If you develop a new health condition, begin new medication, or become pregnant between booking and attending your appointment, you must inform us immediately.

Illness exemption: If you are unwell on the day of your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will reschedule your treatment at no charge where illness prevents safe treatment delivery, subject to reasonable notice.
Section 06

Age Restrictions

Under the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021, it is a criminal offence in England to administer botulinum toxin (commonly known as Botox) or dermal fillers by way of injection for cosmetic purposes to any person under the age of 18. It is also an offence to make arrangements for, or book an appointment to provide, such treatments to anyone under 18.

Parental or guardian consent does not override this law. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the person under 18 resides in England or is visiting.

Moore Aesthetics strictly complies with this legislation. We operate an 18+ only policy for all injectable treatments, including anti-wrinkle injections, skin boosters, polynucleotides, and any future injectable treatment we may offer.

All clients booking injectable treatments will be required to provide valid photographic identification proving they are aged 18 or over before any treatment is administered.

Section 07

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible outcomes and your safety, you agree to:

Moore Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment for any client whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or threatening to staff or other clients.

Section 08

Pricing & Payment

All treatment prices are as listed on our website at the time of booking. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, any change will not affect confirmed bookings made before the price change.

Payment for treatments is due at the time of booking or at the appointment, as specified at time of booking. We accept payment by card or bank transfer. We do not accept cash payments.

All payments are processed securely. Card details are handled by our approved third-party payment provider and are not stored by Moore Aesthetics.

For package purchases, the full package price is payable at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Section 09

Packages & Courses

Where treatments are purchased as a package or course, the following terms apply:

Section 10

Refund Policy

As our treatments are elective medical procedures, the following refund policy applies:

Refund requests should be made in writing to bookings@mooreaesthetics.co.uk. We will respond within 14 days.

Section 11

Aftercare & Results

Comprehensive aftercare instructions will be provided following every treatment. It is essential that you follow these instructions carefully to achieve the best possible results and minimise the risk of complications.

Common aftercare requirements may include: avoiding makeup application immediately after treatment, avoiding strenuous exercise, not applying pressure to the treated area, avoiding makeup application for a specified period, and avoiding certain skincare products.

Results vary from person to person and are influenced by individual factors including skin condition, age, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare advice. Whilst we strive to deliver the best possible outcomes, results are not guaranteed, and outcome expectations discussed during your consultation are indicative only.

Some treatments require multiple sessions or a course of treatment to achieve optimal results. This will be discussed with you during your consultation.

Section 12

Liability & Expectations

All treatments carry some degree of risk, however small. Your practitioner will explain the potential risks, side effects, and complications associated with your chosen treatment. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you have been informed of these risks and accept them.

Moore Aesthetics shall not be held liable for adverse outcomes resulting from: inaccurate or withheld medical information provided by the client; failure to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions; dissatisfaction with results that are within the normal expected range for the treatment administered; or any pre-existing condition that was not disclosed prior to treatment.

Moore Aesthetics maintains full professional indemnity insurance. Your practitioner is registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and adheres to NMC professional standards and code of conduct at all times.

Nothing in these Terms seeks to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Section 13

Complaints Procedure

Your satisfaction and safety are of the utmost importance to us. If you have a concern or complaint about any aspect of your treatment or experience with Moore Aesthetics, we encourage you to raise it with us as soon as possible.

To make a complaint, please contact us in writing at bookings@mooreaesthetics.co.uk. Please include your name, contact details, the date of your treatment, and a clear description of your concern.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to provide a full response within 28 days. Where a clinical review is required, we may request that you attend a follow-up appointment.

If you remain unsatisfied following our response, you may escalate your complaint to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) at nmc.org.uk or seek independent advice.

We collect and process personal information, including health data, for the purposes of providing our services, managing your care, and meeting our legal obligations. Health information is a special category of data and is only processed with your explicit consent.
